A MODEST PROFILE

V.S.M College, Ramachandrapuram, founded by late Sri Vundavilli Satyanarayana Murthy in 1966, is one of the illustrious institutions in the state. The College had its humble begining with P.U.C.., B.A.,B.Com., and B.Sc., courses. It has blossomed into a most model educational institution in the state with the introduction of vocational and restructured courses like Computer Sciences, Electronics and Computer maintenance in the campus.

After the introduction of M.A. History in 1974, course after course of study crept into the campus inspiring and benefitting a number of students.

The College has eleven P.G. Courses besides other U.G. Courses.

LAND AND BUILDINGS

Far from the din and bustle of crowded city life,V.S.M. College is situated in the midst of mango-groves and pastoral greenary with 14 acres of land reflecting the beauty and serenity of Tagore's Shantiniketan. The College has magnificient buildings providing comfortable accommodation with well ventilated and furnished class-rooms and fully-equipped labs and library with spacious seminar hall for MCA, MBA and other P.G. programmes and play ground. The magnificient buildings and the beautiful garden with floral invitation attract the inmates and on-lookers. There is a seperate hostel for women in the campus providing comfort and creating a feeling of at home being far away from home.
